Claims Recovery Company (CRC) offers a process, as a patient advocate, to appeal insurance claims (from January 1, 2003 forward) under federal ERISA law.  Claims qualified for appeal under ERISA law are defined as "anything less than 100% payment of the   claim", meaning full charges  (not the PPO amount).  This has the potential to deliver substantial   portions of the contractuals for any claim where the commercial insurance coverage was   issued by an employer  (except government, religious and   other minor employer categories).  CRC performs this process with no upfront fees and is paid on contingency based upon success of the appeal process.

Hospital Resources Management (HRM) is a consulting and practice management firm targeting the "hospital-based" physician services integral to the success of hospitals. As it becomes more apparent each year, the leadership shown on the part of these practices has a profound effect on hospitals' costs and success. HRM provides assessment of the existing practice - hospital relationship, and guidance on how to best optimize the relationship for the success of both parties. Typically, this effort includes review of professional service agreements, billing and contracting issues, expectations of the parties regarding each other, compensation methodologies, and appropriate structuring of support as needed. As an outgrowth of the assessment, HRM also serves its hospital clients in a retained relationship to implement recommendations made during the assessment.

Patriot Data Solutions Group (PDSG) provides products and solutions that enable mission-critical "first-responder" organizations to significantly accelerate the time to value and reduce total cost of ownership for their data-sharing initiatives. The newly released Crossflo DataExchange® (CDX4) Enterprise Suite of products provide the tools and products for both "design-time" and "run-time" integration solutions. PDSG's focus is Health Information Exchange (HIE) for local and regional hospital systems and Accountable Care Organizations as well as state and regional healthcare interoperability through standards based data sharing and visualization.
