Energized Leadership

Energized Leadership programs for nursing and healthcare leaders across the continuum from C-Suite to front line managers designed and customized to your needs to best help energize your leaders to move forward in this time of healthcare reform and change.  This program deals with gaining new insight and perception around engagement, beliefs, presence, and intent for self and others with the focus of re-energizing the individual and team while reducing the effects of compassion fatigue.

Objectives

  1. Build capacity individually and as a team for ongoing innovative, energizing leadership.
  2. Enhance communication for self and with others on the team.
  3. Identify and leverage individual and team strengths.
  4. Explore ways that engagement, presence, beliefs, and intent can be applied to strengthen leadership abilities.
  5. Re-Energize the individual and team.

This is a leadership series that includes education and practical application of new thinking and tools for effective, sustainable leadership. This work will enhance the leadership teams' ability to be creative, innovative, resilient and successful in navigating the uncertain healthcare arena.

Description

There is a mixture between leadership retreat days (customized to meet the specific needs of the organization) and individual (or group) coaching sessions. We recommend time in between sessions so that the group can practice new skills, gain the benefits of personal coaching and encounter challenges that can be addressed at the sessions.
